Sushi Boy….. A True Japanese Experience

We came to the United States from Japan in 1987 with the dream of sharing my love of Japanese cuisine. We created Sushi Boy as an organization dedicated to enriching the lives of our customers by serving delicious and healthy foods with attention to quality and value.

In Southern California many cultures mingle and thrive, and Sushiboy is proud of our contribution to this mix-bringing authentic Japanese flavors to our foods, training our sushi chefs in traditional sushi making techniques, and instilling in all of our employees an understanding of the Japanese concept of success through customer service and teamwork.
